Match Report Press Report

Bluecoat Sports Horsham III Lost to Chichester R and FC II.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 4 string should have been the closest, with only 61 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, David Maclean, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 4 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 65 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, David Maclean.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 3 string, Julian Standish, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 3 string, Julian Standish, who over-turned a 434 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
