Dolphin V Lost to Brighton III.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 4 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 1 string should have been the closest, with only 8 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, , did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 2 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 56 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Rob Piggot.

Player of the tie was the Home No. 3 string, Graeme Gentry, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 5 string, Steve Hill, who over-turned a 1409 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
Both string 5 players played as unranked players and have been added retrospectively. Both played in the bottom team of their club so there are no infringements.
